At Univastra, every garment is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it reaches you. We take great pride in maintaining the quality and authenticity of our products and encourage customers to review the product description, size chart, and images carefully before placing an order.

To ensure fairness and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product quality, our return and exchange policy is outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility

We are pleased to offer exchanges in the following situations:

Size Exchange

If the size you've ordered doesn't fit as expected, you may request a size exchange, subject to the availability of the desired size.

To be eligible, the product must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and unworn.

• Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

• Free from any stains, perfume, deodorant marks, alterations, or signs of use.

Incorrect Item Received

While every order undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch, in the unlikely event that you receive a different product than the one ordered, we will gladly arrange a replacement after verification.

To help us process your request quickly, please share:

• Your Order Number.

• Clear photographs of the product received.

• Images of the product tags and outer packaging.

Once verified, our team will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.

We are pleased to offer exchanges in the following situations. Any request for a return, replacement, or exchange must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

As each order is prepared with careful attention and quality checks, we are currently unable to accommodate returns based on personal preferences, including but not limited to:

• Variations in colour caused by differences in screen settings or photography.

• Individual expectations regarding fabric texture, finish, or overall appearance.

• Change of mind after purchase.

For this reason, we encourage customers to review all available product details before placing an order.

Refunds are generally not applicable. However, if we are unable to provide a suitable replacement in a verified case where an incorrect product has been delivered, a refund may be processed at the sole discretion of Univastra.

Important Information

• All exchange requests are subject to product availability.

• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not qualify for exchange.

• Exchange requests received beyond the specified time frame may not be accepted.

• Univastra reserves the right to decline any request that does not satisfy the conditions mentioned above.
